Job Description:
• Use products from the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create and manage instructional documents related to Project Management and Solution Development Life Cycle.
• Use Web-based publishing tools to create support information for our customers (MS Share Point)
• Edit documents and guides to ensure that they are customer-focused, consistent, concise and easy-to-use.
• Analyze and interpret end user feedback to improve documentation.
• Create and/or edit technical and non-technical illustrations and graphics to convey key concepts and instructions
• Lead document review sessions with various stakeholders
• Act as internal documentation expert providing best-practices and usability expertise to the project teams.
